   _ apples, pared, cored and diced
   _ cup apple juice
   ___ cup orange juice
   ___ cup agave
   _ tablespoons golden raisins
   _ teaspoons grated orange peel
   ___ ground cinnamon
   _ teaspoons cornstarch
   _ tablespoon water

Combine apples, apple juice, orange juice, agave, raisins, orange peel and cinnamon in a saucepan. Bring to boil; reduce heat to low and simmer about 5 minutes or until apples are tender. Mix cornstarch with water; add to apple mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
