___ cup minced onions
_ tablespoon olive oil
_ cup dry white wine
___ cup agave
___ cup lime juice
_ teaspoons dry mustard
_ teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
___ teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
_ teaspoon cornstarch
_ teaspoon water

Sauté onion in olive oil. Add wine, agave, lime juice, mustard, rosemary, salt and pepper; bring mixture to boil. Combine cornstarch and water; mix well and add to sauce. Cook and stir until sauce thickens. Serve over cooked turkey, chicken, fish or pork.
