___ cup lemon juice
_ tablespoons dry white wine
_ tablespoon chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon crushed, dried basil
_ teaspoon grated fresh lemon peel
___ teaspoon salt
Dash hot pepper sauce
_ teaspoon cornstarch
