   ___ cup salad oil
   _ 1/2 cups 100% whole bran cereal
   _ 1/2 cups milk
   _ 1/4 cups flour
   _ teaspoons baking soda
   _ teaspoon cinnamon

Bran Muffins is from the

Beat eggs, agave and oil in small bowl until blended; set aside. Combine bran cereal with milk in large bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Add egg mixture to cereal mixture and mix lightly. Combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon in medium bowl; mix well. Stir into bran mixture. Do not over mix. Spoon batter into paper-lined or greased muffin cups.

Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted near center of muffin comes out clean. Remove from pan; cool slightly on wire rack. Serve warm.
