1/2 cups flour with a tablespoon of cajun seasoning and salt and
Cook your meat along with your onions and celery and drain
the fat. Add the next 8 ingredients and simmer until heated
2. Meanwhile toast your hamburger buns if you want toasted buns!
Dip the onion pieces in buttermilk and dredge in flour mixture,(don't
you just love the word 'dredge')? and fry in med. hot olive oil.
3. Place the "joe" on the toasted buns and put your yummy onion
strips on top. Put your sandwhich top on and WaaaLaaa! Yumminess
at your service!
