Agave
Peach Cobbler
3 lbs. Peaches
3 Tbs. Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Agave Nectar
1/2 teaspoon Mexican Vanilla
2 Tbs. Corn Starch
2 Tbs. Water
2 Tbs. Butter
1/4 Cup Agave
1/2 Cup Skim Milk
1/2 Cup Cold Butter
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 1/4 Cup Oat Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients as the peach filling mixture
and pour into a 3 quart casserole dish.The remaining ingredients
will be used for the topping. Take your oat flour and butter and
use a pastry blender to combine until crumbly. Pour the remaining
ingredients into the flour and butter mixture and stir until blended.
Evenly put spoonfuls of topping mixture on the peaches. Place
in the oven for about 30 min. Make sure that the topping is baked
all the way through, and ENJOY!!!
