Makes 15 servings

Agave Baked Ham

Ingredients:
1 (10 lb) fully-cooked spirul cut ham
2 Cups
AGAVE Nectar
1/3 cup 'fruit only' apricot jam
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 275 F. Place the ham cut side down on a sheet of aluminum foil shiny side up. Mix together the Volcanic Nectar agave, apricot jam, and the mustard powder in a small bowl. Brush it onto your ham using a pastry or barbecque brush. Enclose the foil around the ham and place on a rimmed baking sheet.

Roast for 2 hours in the preheated oven. If you have a different size ham, figure 14 minutes per pound. Apply the remaing glaze 20 minutes before the ham is done.
