Agave Marshmallows

1 cup Volcanic Agave Nectar
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 teaspoon Mexican Vanilla
6 tablespoons cold water
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in water and add Agave Nectar. The gelatin mixes better if you place it in the microwave for 30 seconds.  Beat for 10-15 minutes until thick. Put flour on cookie sheet, pour marshmallows on cookie sheet. Let cool and cut into squares.

Rice Krispy Treats
Once you have the marshmallows you can follow the steps on the Rice Krispy Treats to make perfect healthy treats! Basically, you just need to melt the marshmallows in a pan and stir in 6 cups of Rice Krispies. Pour them into glass bakeware, allow to cool, cut into squares and you'll be all set to go!
